ROAM CORE WORK
These ROAM classes have a strong emphasis on core/abdominal work.
Be prepared to use yogic as well as Physical Therapy techniques to awaken the body's core stabilizer's. These tools will help you, the student, in all forms and shapes of yoga poses from standing balances to arm balances and everything in between!
