Rachel is an ERYT 500 Yoga Alliance certified teacher. Each of her classes center around a unique physical and a spiritual theme which is woven throughout every heart opening, alignment specific practice. Whether she is teaching class at some of the best studios in L.A., leading a yoga retreat in Italy or bringing the gift of yoga to your living room, Rachel's mission in class is that you feel better when you leave your mat than when you first stepped on to it.
