Peak Pose: GARUDASANA HEADSTAND
The third installment of a 3 class progression. Move deeper into intense focus and balance and flip it all upside down into a challenging inversion. Chad weaves physical therapy into this strong vinyasa sequence building toward our final progression -- Eagle Headstand.
Targets: Focus and balance. Open and stretch around the shoulders, engage and strengthen the shoulder girdle, compact and strengthen inner and outer thighs. Core-engaging and strengthening. Ankle-strengthening

ROAM’s version of an Open Level [Intermediate/Advanced] class - LEVEL TWO is for those who have a basic understanding of Flow concepts and how to transition in and out of numerous postures linked together.
Teachers make sure to offer a wide variation of poses making this class accessible to both intermediate as well as advanced level practitioners.
