These classes are designed for those that a short on time, but still want all the sweetness that comes from traditional ROAM classes.
Activate and open the muscle groups necessary to approach the standing balance pose, Head to Knee Pose (Dandayamana Janushirasana).
Class taught without props, but two blocks and a strap are helpful.
