Peak Pose: CAMATKARASANA (Wild Thing)
The compliment to Chad's sequence from 09/02/2022, Chad adds on and challenges us further, weaving physical therapy drills into this intense flow. He builds through various versions of VASHISTASANA, progressing to the peak, heart-opening pose of CAMATKARASANA.
Targets: Core, core and more core. Shoulder girdle integrated, Heart opening, and core.

ROAM’s version of an Open Level [Intermediate/Advanced] class - LEVEL TWO is for those who have a basic understanding of Flow concepts and how to transition in and out of numerous postures linked together.
Teachers make sure to offer a wide variation of poses making this class accessible to both intermediate as well as advanced level practitioners.
