These classes are designed for those that a short on time, but still want all the sweetness that comes from traditional ROAM classes. Eka Pada Galavasana, or flying pigeon, is a big pose, combining hip opening with an arm balance. The elements of balance, strength and openness are essential.

ROAM’s version of an Open Level [Intermediate/Advanced] class - LEVEL TWO is for those who have a basic understanding of Flow concepts and how to transition in and out of numerous postures linked together.
